I was hired as a ortho assistant and never had any experienced before. And the head assistants were supposed to train me everything and they did not showed me jack sh**. By the time they hired somebody else who didnt had any experienced they trained them everything and not me. Then I was trying to explained to the owner which was the dentist and he didnt do anything and let those fools head assistants get away with it. Then he tells me in private, "I dont think we have anything for you, so Im going to have to let you go for good, because you're no good for nothing". Now do u think that's discrimination because of I got terminated because I was some bet between from the assistants and the owner who was too lazy to do his job? Please tell me your thoughts and no rude comments please, thank you.

Your story is incomplete. Of course this is only one side of things. It would be of immense help to hear the others involved in the situation speak out. Just because one is terminated from a job doesn't necessarily mean that it was because of discrimination. You would have to show some direct or implied discrimination on the part of the others involved in the situation. In short, I think you might have overlooked several key aspects.
It sounds like you had a bad experience. There are gaps in your story, either because it was never told to you, or because you are holding it back from embarrassment. Unfortunately "the gaps tell the story." And nothing is explain-
able just by what you are saying here.
No its not. You got fired because you couldnt do the job. Its a dumb situation that they didnt teach you anything but they didnt discriminate against you. I'm sorry for your experience however.
