While preparing you for a tooth extraction how would you react.?
Question:
"Over here, over there, the Yanks are coming, the Yanks are Coming."
I know it is a corny question, but just suppose it happens some day. How would you react to it?
Answers:
I would be happy that the dentist has a good sense of humour. I personally wouldn't mind if he has a descent singing voice. I love it when the dentist talks to the hygientist about his day. Ity makes me feel more comortable and relaxed
"Mmm. I'm guessing you've lived in America? Good English, by the way."
You see, I'm not American.
I'd ask him if he wanted some 'Hawaian Punch'.
I would possibly think he has lost his marbles and it would worry me him extracting anything! I bet you got a good laugh though!!!
Maybe it was a stress relieving tactic for you as well as him!
I would say that your dentist has a great sense of humor and you don't!
If it bothered you you should have said something to the doctor that expressed your fears. Fears that prevented you from enjoying his humor.
I'd laugh. As long as he's focused on my tooth removal and he was happy - therefore not jabbing me senselessly with his tools - then I'd be fine with it. Hope you recover quickly!
