White tongue?
Question:
Answers:
it could be that you just have old food particles and plaque on your tongue. Get a tongue scraper if you don't already have one. My tongue was white until I started using it. If just the back of your tongue is white, you might want to get it checked out. I know that if the back of your throat has white spots you may have strep throat.
white tongue means you may be getting sick like a cold or something, or that your body needs cleansing.
It should be a light pink, you should either brush your tongue, or get one of those tongue scrapers, and use some Listerine or something.
u need to brush your tounge with a tooth brush
no i doesnt
i means u have a lot of gunk on it
brush your tongue or get some thing to make it come off like paper and scarpe it off
If you are on any meds it could be that. It also could be thrush which is an infection in you mouth. Or just maybe it is normal for you.
Er. This should be in the relationship category.
Yes, you have a slight yeast infection. Most people do if they have at any time in there life have taken any medication. it disrupts the flora in the intestinal tract and causes you to have a whitte film on your tongue. that is a sign that your balance is off your pH that is. it should be no higher or lower than 7. check with your pharmacist and get some ph test strips to see if what yours is and adjust your diet accordingly.
You probably need a tongue scrapper. You can buy them at a drug store or your dentist might have them
If your tongue is white that means that your body isn't getting enough nutritions. Try taking vitamins everyday and watching what you eat.
LOL, clean your friggin tounge! just like your teeth, your tounge gathers plague and yunky-ness. Thats where bad breathe comes from. so yea.get a tounge cleaner OR simply a toothbrush with a tounge cleaner on the back side of it!
:)
It might be a yeast infection. I know it sounds gross but you always have a balance of bacteria in your mouth. If this balance gets upset the yeast population can increase. The oral medication given for vaginal yeast infections will also cure an oral yeast infection.
no u just have lots of stuff on it
try brushing it a little and it will go bak to normal
Brush it and wash it, (that way you eliminate bacteria) it shall become pink again.
It is suppose to be pink but its white because you probably don't brush or clean it. It's plaque on there.
If it's just a little white that's normal, its just the way your tongue is coated. The top of your tongue has little elevations (or bumps) called papilla and some are different colours than others. Just to be sure mention it to your dentist or hygienist the next time you go in. They'll check it out and tell you if it's a problem.
You can also try to brush it gently with a tongue cleaner once a day, it could also be stained from plaque and so on.
Also what Karen said about a yeast infection could be right, but that's usually if it's really white and thick.
