Hi! I've been in dentistry for over 25 years and you have a lot of options. The best is an implant. It costs the same as a bridge and you don't have to cut done other teeth to have one done. Also, most bridges need to replaced every 15-20 years and an implant is for life. The surgery is simple. You wait 3-4 months for it to heal and a natural looking crown is place on it. Bingo. Looks great, you have it forever and no one knows but you. The last few years implant surgery has become easy, quick and the healing is only a few days of being sore. An extraction hurts more! And you have a perfect tooth forever. So don't panic. We do it all the time and I have 11. So I consider myself the poster women for implants and my patients see them and love them. If you have any other questions, please ask. M
If you lose it...it's gone forever, nothing will grow back. You can always get implants or a bridge though.
You can get fake teeth in your dentists
Its gone forever, sorry. But, you can go to the dentists and get teeth that are like dentures only they have less teeth
You have to get implants, bridge or partials. Most likely gum surgery to reverse loosing teeth in the future.
Put it in a glass of water and get to the ER immediately. They may be able to reimplant it. Put a wet gauze in the hole of your gum. Keep it wet. Good luck to you.
Well, two of my permanent teeth chipped pretty badly a few times. The first few times I had to keep the fragments of teeth in a glass of milk so that they wouldn't rot. To fix my problem, a dentist continuously glued the partial teeth back on with a special glue. After a while, the pieces of my teeth fell out and got lost, so the dentist fabricated two halves of fake teeth, then glues those into my mouth. Therefore, if you lost an "adult" tooth, you will probably get a dental fixture (fake tooth) installed into your mouth. Have you lost a full grown tooth? Anyways, I hope my response has helped you =)
