Teeth whitening?

Question:
I see my dentist regularly, and brush my teeth twice a day, but do any of you know how to whiten my teeth?

Answers:
Use something like Crest White Strips! I am personally a huge fan of them. My friends at school think I'm some sort of sales rep for them (jokingly of course)! They are easy to use and you see results fast... plus I think it would be hard to mess up using them. I had no tooth pain or sensitivity after using, and the whiteness seems to last forever!
Use mouthwash everytime u brush ur teeth...it kills grms, makes u feel fresh nd ur teeth will strt sparkling in no time!...It wrks wit me...

try "Crest White Strips". they arent that expensive, like 30 dollars, compared to a few hundred at the dentist. they work pretty well.. and fast, you can get the 7 day treatment if you want, or the month long, also, avoid drinking dark colored drinks like soda and coffee, and avoid smoking. drink from straws when possible. hope this helps!
Here is a list of different at home whitening treatments. I hope you find one that helps. Good luck with everything!!

Brushing and flossing can help in keeping the teeth cleaner and maintain dental health, but if you want your teeth whitened, you should probably ask your dentist about some procedures and products that you can use. Knowing those that are recommended by your doctor can at least guarantee safety and good results. Try http://www.maximumteethwhitening.com/art... for some at home teeth whitening products. Hope it helps!
