Crest white strips. I use to be a heavy smoker/coffee drinker. I didnt have the deep stains but they were yellowish.
Of course i did it a lot different. I used one set before bed, and left them over night. the effect was massive sensitive teeth BUT with ONE set my teeth were near laser white. my dentist asked how i did it he said I was nuts but the pain only lasted two days. I did follow directions but it was taking a long time, and at 30/40 for a pack I said ill try this instead. Worked great.

try the crest whitening strips because they are the most effective. And try bleaching your teeth once every 2 or 3 months.
I have used Crest and they worked really well 4 me and i am a coffee drinker.good luck
to be honest with you, if you really want lovely white teeth, i would try using Pearl Drops, i swear by pearl Drops, and everyone thinks iv had my teeth whitened!!
iv been using Pearl Drops for about a year n so now, and my teeth are so white!!
and Pearl Drops are safe to use for sensitive teeth, and causes no erosion to the teeth :)
if used twice a day, you can see the difference in a matter of couple of weeks!
and in 6 weeks you can REALLY see the difference!

Melly - I have never used them, but my sister loves the Crest Whitening Strips - and she says they really work!

I would have to say Crest Whitening Strips. They can be annoying, but the peroxide in them kind of bleaches your teeth. Crest Strips can be a little expensive, though. Also, they feel really gooey on your teeth and after a while make them sensitive. This is one of the cons concerning Crest Whitening Strips. I used them before, and didn't really like them. However, they really made my teeth whiter.
The other leading brands of whitening strips don't have as much whitening power. They work, but it's better to use Crest, because you'll be more happy with your results.
***Whitening strips can only do so much for your teeth. If you want a lasting, white smile, I recommend Zoom. This procedure is available at dentist offices and is very worth the money and the hour it takes you to have it done. It doesn't hurt, either. You'd be very happy with the results of this procedure.
Also, in closing, Pearl Drops work wonders. You might have a better go with these.

NEVER TRIED EITHER, GO WITH THIS.....MIX BAKING SODA WITH ENOUGH 3% HYDROGEN PEROXIDE TO MAKE A TOOTHPASTE. THEN BRUSH AWAY STAINS......TIP FROM MTNANNY.
You should be careful with this . on tv the other day a doctor had done a survey and Boots came out as being very good and also safe. Do some checks before using these products as they can cause problems. The programme I was watching was This Morning on ITV 1.
