My 20 month old son has developed a circular white oval on right cheek. He has allergies. What could cause it?

inside his mouth could be thrush mouth, outside on his face could be a ringworm. either way i'd take him to a Dr as soon as you can manage it.
Massage with tulsi leaves on the affected part it disappears gradually .if u are an Indian u will be surely aware of tulsi
sounds like a ringworm, the dr. can prescribe an antifungal cream that will clear it up right away. watch out for unfamiliar cats, they are carriers.
