it depends.i would consult with a doctor first. I have keloid prone skin (runs in the family).Got my ears pierced twice and both reulted in keloids, however i got my belly button pierced 6 years ago and am keloid free. I had no issues with the belly piercing. Consult with a dermatolist before you decide.
