My answer would be no. However, there are always anomalies to contradict the status quo. Deprovera also made me gain weight, which wasn't so bad I guess since I am slender, however, it was not comfortable for me having been slender all my life. The only good thing in my opinion about Deprovera is that you don't get a period for long periods of time. Some people get a period once a year. However, when it comes it comes alright. Deprovera is a birth control and birth controlsaffect estrogen in the body so it is bound to have strange effects on a woman's moods which may affect your libido. When it does affect a woman's sex drive, it's normally with a loss of libido and not an increase.
