How can I lower my cholesteral without medication and I am a fussy eater.?

oatmeal every morning for breakfast will almost immediatly lower it. and change it up by adding fruit and spices.
If you dont like that, try sheerios, they work but not as well.

eat healthier and avoid cholesterol ridden foods, like eggs. cut down on the fat as well.
find an exercise that is fun and you that you like to do everyday like swimming or dancing or basketball

Your main problem is that you are a fussy eater according to you.I am sure you know all the right foods but cannot stand them.You must concentrate on getting control of you tastes thereafter you can easily tackle your problem without medication as you will wish.
