keep it dry. I wrapped mine in a plastic bag and duct tape when I took a shower. a little on the ends gets wet, but when you get out, you can put alcohol on it to dry it out fast (be careful, if you get alcohol on an open wound it will HURT) baby powder can also help.

you can try baby powder. keep it as cool as possible. but it ultimately stink

sprinkly baby powder down in it every day. since you aren't gonna be able to wash it it's gonna eventually stink anyways. just try to avoid sweating. and that will help.
