I've had a swollen lymph node on the left side of neck for 7 to 10 days. Yesterday nearly the whole left side of my neck and collar bone area was swollen -- then the swelling went away in a few hours. Went to an urgent care and they said my blood and throat culture tests were normal. Wait to see what happens or go to Dr. right away?
