What can anyone tell me about their experience in using detox foot pads? Do they really work?
Question:
Answers:
I have never personally used them. But wanted to tell you about an experience a friend from a health board I belong to had.
She bought these pads online and they offered for a small fee (I think $5.00) to test them for her after they were worn she would mail the pads back to them. Then send her a report of what chemicals/diseases etc. were in her body.
She sent them one set that she had actually worn and one set that she had soaked in sterile saline (like is used in a medical setting)
You guessed it, both sets of results came back exactly the same. Plus after using them for over a month she said she couldn't tell any difference in her health.
Other Answers:
Never heard of them.
Only detox that works is lots of fluids,Cranberry juice, lemon water.
Of course it depends on what your trying to detox from.
Sometimes you need a Dr.s supervision if its serious.
Ive seen people almost die from detoxing solo.
