How do the water paricles act when water is in each of it's 3 states (Water,Ice,And Water Vapor)?

When water is in its water mode the particles are flowing freely, if its ice the particles are very closed together. And vapor is when the particles are moving extremely fast.

Just to let you know there are FOUR state of matter NOT three:
Solid, liquid, gas and PLASMA!.and the H20 particles react to faster if the temperature increases and slower if the temperature decreases!
