I do, I had 5 Drs tell me that with out surgery children would be unlikely and impossible without medications. I had given up hope of having a baby and then got preg without surg or meds. My pregnacy had alot of complication.I'm not sure if they were related to the PCOS. But it was worth all the trouble

I did. I found out that I was not ovulating after 1 year of trying to conceive. My MD put me on Clomid and the second month I ovulated and got pregnant. Good Luck!
