any ideas at all?
Question:
Answers:
Get a stop smoking aid. Whatever fits your budget and you think you can stick to (talk to your doctor if you are on any medicine or breast feeding) For irritability, try breathing deeply, and remembering how much you love your daughter. I totally can relate to your situation, because I pulled myself out of a tough spot when I had my daughter. Never forget that she is the best thing to ever happen to you (especially when she's two and three.) And you will do fine.
Other Answers:
ask your doctor whether the patch or pills would be better for your personal health. both have pros and cons.
u first have to think of ur kid and than make a desion if u want ur kid a bad future..if i was u i should make exersice almost everyday..for my health.
u just have to tell yourself that's it. i smoked for many years and on october 10th i will be smoke free 2 years! no one thought i could or would do it. i just realized i am not getting any younger and thought about the unnecessary health issues i was putting on myself (and yes i went through this more than once) but i just knew it's what i had to do. i still have the urge but it doesn't last. it's hard but don't give in and your daughter is probably your best motivation. good luck!
when you want one.spend a minute realizing what you may miss if you continue.
