if i smoke 7 cigaretes per day or shisha 3 time a week, which one is worse?

Shisha is worse. Because 3 times a week is too much of it. Remember it has Glycerin in it and too many artifical flavors and chemical substances.

7 cigs a day isn't so bad. Shisha is worse.I don't know what shisha is but cigs aren't good! Stick with the cigs and try to get slowly down further, 5 a day for awhile then lower. I've been down to one stupid cig for 6 months and still can't shake it, but 1 compared to the 2-3 packs I used to smoke a day is way better. I'd say try to deal with your cig problem, don't start a new habit.
