There is not enough scientific proof that it works. In some cases it works, in some cases, it does not work. It has not helped me a bit. But, then, maybe because I was apprehensive about it, and didn't have enough "faith" in it. So, maybe the product is psychosomatic. In other words, if your mind believe it works, it will.
