How can I get back in the mood of doing sexual things with my husband? Is there anything I can do/get 2 help?

Question: Ok. When my husband and I first married we were into this sex thing like crazy! But, once I started getting sickly all of that stopped. I am a diabetic and I was told that sometimes being a diabetic does something to your sex drive. Have anyone heard of that b4? I feel that I am being selfish when he wants to do it, but what do I do when i feel really badly in my body?
