how to erase the black dots around my face?

I have little black dots around my face and especially around my nose, are there any medicines you highly recommend to erase them safely, i did not use any yet

please see a dermatologist! dont just rely on people who might advice you to do this and that. scars on the face are the last thing to come off, if it ever will.

they are called black heads and can be treated using Johnson's black head skin cream or a subscription from the doctor works wonders too!
