You should either see your GP or if you feel more comfortable you can ask any switchboard of your local hospital to put you through to a Sexual health clinic(used to be called GUM clinics).They will deal with you very discretly and they are very kind. They will give you a thorough check up to rule out anything serious,including pregnancy. If you are itchy,it is likely to be something as simple as thrush (candida).If you have any pain at all, call NHS direct or approach A&E. All hospitals must treat you sympathetically. Try not to worry,but don't ignore it.Good luck.
