Why do veins pop out of your arm when you build muscle?
Question:
Answers:
One reason is there is simply less room in your arm with the bigger muscles and the veins are pushed out against your skin making them pop out. Also you usually loose fat that would be under your skin hiding the veins and if a person uses steroids to build the muscle, their blood pressure will increase bulging the veins even more.
