i have red spots on my back what do i do?

Question:

=i am a tennis player and i have these red spots on the top of my back and they are juast like inside the skin and there is nothing on the outside of my skin when i put my hand over them you can't feel anything but when you look in the mirror you can see them. what are thety and how do i get rid of them?

See a doctor. Only after physical exam they can come up with any conclusion. Over here people can tell you 1001 stories what might scare you a bit.

I would guess insect bites and if it hurts & persists you should probably see a doctor.

Maybe you have an allergic reaction to something. It could also be the type of clothing you wear that may irritate your skin, could be something you ate, or even a rash. I would go to a doctor and see what you can do to get your back treated.
