Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is roughly the same as CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome). I haven't been diagnosed, but I do suffer from chronic fatigue associated with multiple sclerosis. It is far greater than just being "tired" all of the time! I have tried Provigil, but hated it. Legal cocaine is all it is. Now I'm taking Amantadine. I haven't been on it long enough to tell if it really works.
