I have insulin resistance and I weigh 245lbs. Is there hope for me to ever be slim?

I know how you feel and every day you feel lower and lower! I cut down on carbs which made a huge difference and I started exercising more! I have lost 33Lbs since the beginning of the year! You just need to have faith in yourself and watch what you eat! And No its not easy! I hope and pray every day to be slimmer and I'm getting there! You can too!
