snoring girlfriend?

Question: my girlfriend snores VERY LOUD, 5 minutes after were in bed,she is sound asleep snoring, I shake her push her with in seconds she is snoring. I have sqeezed her nose several times but nothing really helps, I did the ear plugs that didnt work So I guess I just have to deal with it. dont know what else to do?
Answers:
If she has medical insurance and/or can afford it she needs to have a sleep test done to rule out sleep apnea, this condition causes loud snoring with periods of time that the person does not breath,left untreated can cause death.

If she's not too heavy or awkward try rolling her onto her side. I find my bf snores if he is face up but not if he's lying on his side. unfortunatley i can't move him. :)

i usually lift her neck so that her head tilts back. the reason she is snoring is that the back of her throat is closed so the air is being forced out. tilting her head back opens up her throat. also, you can move the pillow lower on her head below her neck.
