HELP! I am on ATKINS diet and on the second day of it I ate all the bad stuff? how to avoid that?

Try a different diet. Atkins is a fad diet. Your body NEEDS carbs. It's the main fuel source for your body. You deprive it of it's fuel, you will crave it. And you generally don't lose fat from it. Your body will go after your muscle before it starts burning off the fat.
Instead, eat a healthy, balanced diet of 40% protein, 40% good carbs, and 20% good fat. Combine this with an exercise program, and you can lose 1-2 pounds a week, and KEEP IT OFF! This is another problem with Atkins. Most people I know that have tried it have had good results at the beginning, but then later, gained it all back, and then some.
