How often do you get a massage. What keeps you from scheduling a massage for yourself?

As a massage therapist myself, I like to get one every month or more often to keep myself de-stressed. What usually keeps me from getting one that frequently is lack of funds. When I DO have the $50 or $60 for a massage, I usually end up spending it on something one of my kids needs instead.

I try to receive one about Evey 4-6 weeks. Great for the body & the mind.

I get one at LEAST once a month. I am a CMT and due to the fact that I give so much it is important for me to receive whenever I can. Luckily, I can trade massage if I can't afford one but I recommend to all my clients to come in at least once a month if not more.
