How can i get rid of a nasty zit in 2 days?

I have a horrible zit on my chin, and I need to have it disappear b4 thursday, as I have one of my best friends' wedding that night! What's the fastest and easiest way to do that?

if you havn't gone and popped it, use toothpaste! but only the white paste kind, not the blue gel kind. something in the toothpaste dries out the zit and it usually goes down, if not away, within a couple of days. i had one especially swollen one go down overnight. just don't pop it!
