first of all drugs advertised on TV are usually commercial.The drugs which are completely investigated don't need ads on TV . they are advertised for doctors.
secondly there is nothing proved to clears arteries of plaque but continuous exercise, quit smoking,diet plus lipid lowering agents if you have high blood fat.
I didn't heard about this one particular .
