wine and heart beat?

Question: hi friends, how is it that everytime i drink red wine, i can feel my heart beating fast and occasionally skip a beat or two..is this my heart telling me thank you for giving me red wine as we know it is good for the heart, or is it something more to look into?

I THINK ANY KIND OF ACHOHAL DOES THAT BECAUSE IT THINS YOUR BLOOD SO THEREFORE MAKES YOUR HEART PUMP MORE,I NO THAT WINE IS GOOD FOR YOU MATTER FAVT WHILE I WAS PREGNANT MY DR. TOLD ME TO DRINK A GLASS EVERY DAY
