Heavy vaginal discharge. Sometimes white and thick.?

Ive been cleared for any infections. My gyno says some women have a thicker discharge than others. But it makes me really self-concious. Is there anything I can do or take to make it not so much?

Nothing you can do. It's normal when you ovulate.

Been there, done that. It's normal. There are certain foods that also make it worse. Try to stay away from the sweets when you ovulate. That includes soda. Give it a shot, it can't hurt to try.
