what causes "liqued filled cysts"?

Question: My brother recently told me that his family doc found two liqued filled cysts in his scrotum. He is very upset and thinking the worst. They have scheduled him with a urologist, but he is looking for comfort and answers now. What should I tell him?
Answers:
Probably just an acumulation of fluid much like cysts that can happen on ovaries.The urologist will just drain them and keep an eye on the area. If he has alot of pain they will probably do more. With my ovarian cysts they just waited for them to burst on their own. It wasnt too painful.
