Does having Adhd lower you IQ test score?

Question: Hi just wondering if there is any proof that having adhd effects your iq negitivly. I know there are rumors that it does, but has it been proven? I have taken different IQ tests on the internet and I have gotten a range of scores. Yes I know taking tests on line is no repacment for getting tested by a doctor. I have also taken the same test more than once and gotten different results. One time 120 the next time a year later at 134. I have adhd and i know not sleeping well, being sick can all effect scores. Please let me know your input. Thank you.

I do not have much faith in iq tests. I have almost 100% retention reading, but cannot follow simple verbal instruction. I have a cognitive disorder and bipolar disorder. I can relate to the not sleeping.
I think tests results will very depending on where you are at mentally, take an eq test, they always make me feel better.
