My breasts arent developing right. My right breast is bigger than my left & lumpy/hard. please help me?

Im 15 years old, I weigh 120 pounds (havent gained weight in months)5'5 in height.3 years ago, my friend punched me in the chest really hard (in both breast) ever since, my breasts have been: small, hard, lumpy, pointy, uneven, and under-developed. the right one is bigger than the left one. The right one is hard and it points straight and normal (almost, besides the fact that its small, hard and doesnt feel like a normal breast) the left one is a disgrace! it points to the left, its very small (half the size of the right one) pains me during menustration, and it looks horrible! i would like to know why all of a sudden (after the blows to the chest) why i havent been growing normally and why my breasts have hard lumps in them. P.S. THIS ISN'T A CASE OF " WHY ARE MY BREASTS SMALL, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY THEY ARE MISSHAPPENED AND NOT SOFT" IM SO YOUNG, I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO HAVE PLASTIC SURGERY OR SOMETHING BECAUSE AT THE AGE OF 21, MY BREASTS STILL HAVE NO IMPROVEMENT. two womens breasts are the same and it is actually VERY common for one to be bigger than the other. it may not be a dramatic difference.in some cases though it is a little bit more noticeable. I notice that my right one is smaller than my left.not by much..enough for me to notice but not anyone else.maybe a doctor.but thats it. As for them being hard and the lumps, you really should see a doctor about that. I doubt it has anything to do with you being hit there.it's mostly likely an underlying reason. So see a doc and tell them your worries.its the best way to get answers.

No person is symmetrical. But with the lumps I'd see oncologist to rule out serious problems.

There might have been some tearing in the ligaments.

The asymmetry is normal and the lumps are probably fibrous masses, it is a good idea to have them check out, but I think you will be alright and things will soften up in a year or two.

So, do not lose hope.
