Answers:
I know healing time would need to be extended. You will also be much more prone to infection than the average person.
Other than that, I do not know specifically. But I am sure there would be other increased risks.
Other Answers:
It depends on where you want it. If it's in a place where you can keep an eye on it and can keep it cleaned you should be fine as long as you aren't haveing serious healing issues.
Good luck and make sure you go to a reputable artist!!
Depending on how long you have had diabetes, it may not be a good decision.
Diabetics tend to have trouble with skin wounds. Sometimes small, seemingly innocuous wounds don't heal, become chronic sores and can lead to very serious complications. Two are discussed in the link below.

Why would you take that risk? You look beautiful the way you are. Why not spend that money on a trip to a spa.
Not worth an infection that could very well cost you a limb.
i honestly cant tell you. but i can tell you that they fucking hurt! but im 16, so it had to hurt. if your tough enough or old enough to stand a needle in your skin, then it wont hurt as bad. but no, i cant tell you how it will effect you. sorry. hope you can get it.
