Answers:
Exercise part of it: crunches, push-ups, pull-ups, light jogging. This consists of 30% of the results.
Diet part of it: eat healthily and ONLY WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY. Never stop at McDonald's just because you want a cheeseburger for no reason. Drink at least nine glasses of water every day to fill yourself up fast, which prevents overeating. Think of water as the fluid that oils your body to work more efficiently. This is the other 70% of the results.
Basically, you don't have to work out for two hours every night and get all hardcore. But keep good eating habits and you will see results. I'm guessing it won't be in the first month though, since that's adjustment time for your body.
