How many miles should I walk each day to see fast results?

Depends on what you need to lose. I am guessing that weight loss is your goal. Honestly I am 5ft9in was 210 and now at 175 and still losing. briskly walking a mile in the morning and 1 at night (and eventually jogging it) has worked for me. Also eating banana for breakfast with tons of coffee with sugar/fatfree creamer and sugar substitute sweetner, big salad (with meat, little cheese, eggs) for lunch with diet Pepsi, smaller salad for dinner (same as above) before 6pm and diet pepsi again when I get hungry at night. This has been working GREAT for me. Was hungry at beginning but adjusted within a week or 2

I read some where that you should walk 11 miles a week.
start at a mile and slowly work up to three
don't worry about miles right away, start out 45 minutes, it's more than enough. If your concerned. buy a step counter and do the math.
