need to know if bluish hands & feet on 3mo infant is normal..also color around mouth is sometimes blues?

If you are told there's nothing wrong, have someone explain the reason for the bluish coloration. If you're still not satisfied, get another opinion, and more information.

The bluish color indicate that those parts affected are in a state of oxygen starvation, get your child to a doctor, or hospital right away. If left unattended, thing like gangrene,or loss of limb is possible.
