i would not take the chance at any time always use birth controll unless your at least 18 and you want a child if you are old enough and are wanting a child the best time to conceive is about a week to ten days after your period and if your under age i would not do that if i were you babys dont stay that way they grow up quick and take you along for the ride and its not easy to raise a child even as a full grown responsible adult

The menstrual cycle lasts approx 28 days and can vary. About two weeks after a woman has her period, an egg is released from the ovaries and travels down the fallopian tube to the uterus. Fertilization takes place in the fallopian tube. The fertilized egg then travels to the uterus, where it will burrow into the lining of the uterus. This causes the release of certain hormones that maintain pregnancy and prevents shedding of the uterus lining (bleeding). If the egg is not feritlized, it continues to travel to the uterus and no burrowing takes place. During this time hormone levels continue to drop until the body realizes it's not pregnant and sheds the lining of the uterus. There are actually only a few days out of the month that a woman CAN get pregnant. The problem is that it's hard to determine when these days are and if you are not ready to become a parent, it's best to use condoms. Not to mention the many diseases that can be transmitted with out useing condoms. So, better to be safe than sorry -- always!
