There are so many things you can do. Firstly improve your diet, mostly cut out as much fat as possible. Defiantly no fast foods - sorry. Take regular exercise, find something new that you can enjoy. Dress in a smarter way, a new hair style may help. Finally think positively about yourself so when you look at yourself in the mirror you will see a new younger looking you!
