Calf workouts - What's the best way to grow them - high weight\low reps or low weight\high reps?

high weight low reps will build more bulk, whereas low weight high reps will build more strength and endurance.

I do heavier weight at 20 reps and it seems easy so im going to increase the weight soon like during tommorows workout. The quickest way to build muscle though is to run.
