Does acupuncher help a herneaited disk at all?

Acupunture CAN help with pain management BUT it will not 'fix' your herniated disk. See a chiropractor and ask around to see if any medical physician or chiropractor in your area performs acupuncture - best to have a credentialed physician/chiro provider doing the acupuncture so you get the best of both worlds.
