I know a lot of people have said see a doctor - but you must think that means starting IVF or anything. They will give you a scan to make sure all looks ok inside & the will take blood to make sure your hormones are doing their job & check you are ovulating.
The can also do a procudire (I cant remember the name) to put dye in your bits & picture it, which has the added effect often of clearing out little blockages.
if non of that works & your man has a test to make sure his sperm swim the right way then you can have drugs to help you ovulate but not go ddonw the IVF route.
Good luck.

see a doctor. endrometrioses may have caused a block
You should go see a doctor about it.
See a homeopathic doctor or a chinese medicine doctor--they can give you herbs or techniques that will help increase fertility w/o medicine. Have your husband checked to make sure he isn't "shooting blanks" or something.
Your best bet is to have a complete fertility workup, including a semen analysis for your husband. Once these are done.your doctor can best determine what the problem is and how to treat it.
There just might be a simple solution.and addressing it with your doctor is the best way to overcome any problem!

Try one of those home ovulation tests and speak to your doctor.
The best thing to do is to consult with your doctor and to have your husband consult with his to see if he may be the problem.
