eyelashes getting thin?

Question: I use to have plentyful,thick and long eyelashes,but now you can count how many I have on each eye! I'm 35,and I do take a multi-vitamin everyday,but is there a vitamin thats good for hair? If anyone has some good advice/knowledge as to why eyelashes fall out,or whats good in the growth of eyelashes,please help,I'd appreciate it:)

no solution to this but there are lots of mascaras that make your lashes look think and plentiful like loreal
