Just to gat your attention.. why are people so fat and call people fat? PLEASE ANSWER! this is serious!!

im scared because my parents beat me up when i say im skinny and not gonna gain weight. also, they put me on adiet that started this morning becasue they said i was gaining to much weight and now today i cant eat anything. what should i do?

maybe you should ask them why they are doing this to you? If they are like seriously restricting your food it can be dangerous!

Are they being abusive to you? Sweety if they are you need to either go talk to a counselor at school or at least talk to an adult outside your family about this.
Perhaps they are trying to live vicariously through you. I had a similar problem (though not as extreme). When I was younger, my (very fat) mother would always notice if I had put on a couple pounds - even though I remained a size 5. And she would be very critical about it.
I think it's because she was jealous of my thinness and wanted to bring me down a level or 2.
Either your parents are concerned that you will end up fat like them or they are a**holes who want you to be as miserable as they are.
P.S. If anything, you should put on about 5 more pounds to be healthy. A little fat is good for you. It keeps you warm and serves as lubrication that your body NEEDS. If you can't get away from their "diet" at home, sneak food elsewhere. You need to eat!
Some people who love you will tell you you are fat because they are telling you the truth and it is not easy to say but if all the people who love us will tell us OH you look great and see you having problems with your weight and just ignore it, do you think it will help? We always got hurt by people who we think don't care about us, I would prefer people telling me how fat I am so I would start looking at the mirror and try to improve my health and diet, instead of focusing on my eating habit and get upset ry of those people who really do care about how I look,
Try eating your meals on the dinner table and no habits of eating while watching tv,
I am taller than you and weigh less, still watching over my diet and exercise. food could be enjoyed as long as you don't make a habit of eating more than you should eat,
and having good source of hobbies and friends around to encourage you to join any sports or clubs that will help you fit. btw, appreciate what your parents are doing about your diets, I believe they do really care about you and don't mean to hurt your feelings. They won't let you starve anyway, they just concerned about your health.
it makes it better to blame someone else for their "fatness"
than admitting that they have failed on keeping thin.
