What can I do with my nose ?

Question: My nose now is so painful because it's so cold rightnow. This is the first time I live in England. Before I lived in a hot country named Viet Nam in Asia. So I don't know what to I do.

I like those puffs plus tissues with the lotion in them.

You must use scarfs, and cover with them your nose, do it every day, you'll get use to breath trougth the scarf.
I know that can be painful because i my self suffer with the few cold we have in some parts of Mexico.
