It could be fear of getting older and pressure of lots of pretty people out dere these dayz. They feel they aren't a match and want to change thereselves because they aren't happy the way they look.

Well, what you said is not true. Not all women love plastic surgery. SOME women love plastic surgery because it makes them feel younger, or look skinnier. It's all just a mental image that society put into everyone's head that you have to be skinny and young to fit in. It's sad,to me because those people are really pleasing other people,and they're not making themselves happy.

So they can feel confident and happy about themselves.
