yes it is possible to become pregnant although very difficult. a high fsh means either low ovarian reserve or low quality of the eggs. most physicians recommend egg donors but i have heard of many women with a high fsh doing ivf and becoming pregnant with their own eggs.

It should be possible. It depends on when your FSH level was taken. Progesterone level is very important as well. You should test on days 19, 20, or 21 of your cycle.
