does glucosomine/cho. help with bulging discs?
Question:
Answers:
Unfortunately not. Glucosamine/chondroitan is marketed for arthritis of joints, mainly knees. However, there has been only a little bit of evidence to suggest it works. Its benefit may be mainly placebo, but it has very few side effects so it probably won't hurt. There hasn't been any research into its use for bugling discs that I know of.

not that I know of but my gf's orthapedic surgeon also told her it wouldn't help with her osteoarthritis. he lied. I never even thought of taking it for my herniated disc. might try that
